Context and objectives
- Support the revision of the Local Urban Development Plan (PLUi) and promote healthier, compliant urban development.
- Assess the proposed Silk Factory industrial facility at 6 Rue Babeuf, Saint-Denis.
- Evaluate air pollution exposure due to the site’s proximity to Avenue Laennec, a major road carrying more than 10,000 vehicles per day, within the PLUi Environmental Health vigilance zone.
- Perform 3D air dispersion modelling and provide design recommendations to protect future occupants and nearby residents.
