Particle dispersion in a Paris Train station
Context and objectives
The client wants to optimize ventilation in underground train stations to reduce particles airborne concentrations.
Our success
Given the geometric complexity encountered in Parisian underground stations, Fluidyn has built a full 3D numerical of the train station with multiple openings to the outside atmosphere or other underground spaces. then, various ventilation scenarios has been run to understand the local internal air flows and to minimize the presence of airborne particles.
