TRANSOFT INTERNATIONAL is the owner of the FLUIDYN software and all patent and copyright and other industrial property rights in the SOFTWARE and any associated documentation (including any information of a confidential nature).  

The FLUIDYN software are developed and owned by TRANSOFT INTERNATIONAL and are licensed for use by Fluidyn, who has the right to grant licenses for the use of the software in accordance with the terms of established License Agreements.
