  • Fluidyn-MP (CFD & Multiphysics)

Fluidyn MP : CFD & Multiphysics

fluidyn-MP is a unique design engineer friendly CFD software having multi-physics capability. It has been optimized to do simultaneous simulation of fluid mechanics, structural response, heat transfer and various other design problems, especially for mechanical and chemical engineers. It can solve a variety of coupled physical problems such as: Pipe flow transportation, chemical reactors, fuel cells, aero-elasticity of planes, wings, train motions, fans, accelerators, blowers, engines, buildings, fire, explosions, drain, bridge oscillations, dam breaks, tank ruptures, sloshing waves, seismic excitations.

fluidyn-MP can be used by beginners or design engineers in CFD or stress analysis with usermp-solvers.jpg guidance tools as well as by very experienced engineers (advanced features) for the resolution of all kinds of multiphysics problems which may include:

    • Fluid flow analysis by fluidyn-MP NS : Full package, with special added physics, through modules
    • Structural analysis using FEM
    • Heat transfer & thermal deformation of structures
    • Acoustics
    • Electromagnetic coupling
    • Magneto-hydrodynamics
    • Rarefied gas dynamics

fluidyn-MP offers efficient, robust and integrated tools allowing users to perform fluid-structure interaction by coupling Finite Element and Finite Volume models optimally. Over last 15 years, following modules have been developed and consolidated by intensive consultancy services and client usage:

    fluidyn-MP FSI : Fluid Structure-Interaction
    fluidyn-MP CHT : Conjugate-Heat-Transfer
    fluidyn-MP CAF : Coupled-Acoustic-Flows

They are all integrated in fluidyn-MP software platform.

fluidyn-MP is used for engineering purpose and research by industrial R&D and R&T groups, consultancy groups, and universities all over the world. It is used in different application fields for mechanical consultancy and risk analysis.
