FLUIDYN believes in horizontal organizational structure. Teams are built around projects, either for long term projects such as software development or for consultancy projects lasting more than 3 months. They comprise expert engineers from various sectors. It is common to find manager of a team working as a project engineer in another team later. Hiring of new engineers is done primarily on the basis of expertise area of a new entrant. Most FLUIDYN engineers specialize in some technology sector though they may also contribute in any other fields for consultancy requirements.


We value the individual initiatives and honor them with opportunities by research paper presentations in conferences and management positions. Besides our engineers are encouraged to cross domains e.g. CFD to FEM or from consultancy to development and vice versa, thus expanding their engineering know-how valuation
